Bluetooth problems

Help, cant find bluetooth, I have it switched on, but can not find devices, i've followed the help, go to control panel, type bluetooth in search, but then nothing!! The mobile phone can find the lap top but need to pair up, can anyone help?

hello..
make sure the driver bluetooth already installed in your system. and when is done. turn on the bluetooth and it will show icon at bottom.

start > type at search bar device manager and it will show your device installed there..see the bluetooth device. is already done or still icon ?
