Bootmedia on Bitlocker C drive

Hey SIW2, would you happen to have a solution regarding your bootmedia working on a inspirion 7391. (I'm currently trying to backup files due to not being unable to access windows/failing to repair).

In bios, its not allowing me to add your bootmedia/usb as a option to boot up.

Thanks it works perfect... However... "C:\ is not accessible. Access is denied" when trying to open my c:\ drive.

Any ideas?
