What exactly have you done. Apparently it was not successful.

You can inspect your disk with the bootable CD of Partition Wizard. Take a good readable picture of the screen with your camera (not the phone) and post that here.

I would have to get into my system to do what that video says. I can't pass my bootmgr screen. Everytime I reset it go's to the same screen

That's why you have to create the bootable CD (link in post #2) and boot with that. You have to read what we post.

Usually this message means a hard drive failure. You can try to reinstall the op system and everything else on the HD which is stored in an image file on your drive in a hidden partition. Try powering off. Then power on hitting alt and F10 until the restore back to the way it came from the factory screen comes up. If the HD is OK this will restore your PC back to the way it came from the factory. The Alt + f10 keystrokes may vary with the manufacturer. Mine is an Acer but anyway it will be alt + f something. This will put it into linux so all of your partitions and would be active windows files will be free and will be restored.
Good luck.

Using the recovery method I spoke of a couple of post back is the same as using the the boot and recovery disks. They are just stored on the HD now in their own partition which runs under linux (also stored on this partition) so if your drive is ok this will fix the problem.
Again, Good luck.
