Bsod (0x0000007F) on startup

I don't know what to do..
I haven't installed any driver or software recently that could create problems
I have tried Startup Repair but that does nothing but adds a windows XP like boot screen (without xp logo)
Done a system restore but that didn't help
Booted in safe mode and uninstalled antivirus but that too didn't fix

I expect a hardware issue now...

You may ask for any info you want..
Please help

I have Lenovo G460 (~12 years old) running Windows 7 SP 1

Welcome to the Forum.

How did you got Startup Repair? Did you boot from a Win 7 installation drive?
Do you have a Win 7 installation drive?
Did something unusual happened before the problem arrived?

I'm not understanding. Did you fixed the Bsod (0x0000007F) on startup?
Is the computer working?

well if it blue screens when it boots then its a hardware problem or either software problem if it happens while you use the OS if you have 2 ram slots then try only 1 and if it still blue screens then try the other one and the cause could also be if you have mismatched ram its if the other one is like 300MHz and other 200MHz or 400MHz or just a faulty motherboard. I think its a software issue if windows does not bluescreen in safemode i don't really know a lot but thats just what i think it could be
