I've had this BSOD for the past few days. I don't think I've installed anything except for...

Dragon Nest Nexon

I can't get past the Windows Startup part. I use Windows 7 and can't get past the flaglike thing.

Windows 7 64bit

Bug Check 9A means the system has detected a license violation. Because of this we cannot help you according to site rules.

My suggestion is to download WGA and run it for confirmation, or purchase a valid license.

Cause

The Microsoft Windows operating system detects a violation of the software license agreement.

A user might have tried to change the product type of an offline system or change the trial period of an evaluation unit of Windows. For more information about the specific violation, see the parameter list.

Correct?
