BSOD - 0x000000ed 32 bit ultimate - please help

I've received the error code 0x000000ed.
I've tried safe mode but it gets BSOD shortly after.
I've tried the windows installation disc but it only gets to install now and gets stuck.
I've tried repair your computer but it gets stuck trying to display restore options.
Basically my laptop always get stuck.

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

If you cannot do it, take a camera snap of the BSOD screen and let us see it.
