BSOD 0x00000116 while playing games like Injustice, Batman Origins

Guys, I'm a novice when it comes to computer hardware stuff and lately, I'm encountering a BSOD 0x00000116 nvlddmkm.sys while playing games specifically, I encountered it while playing Injustice God Among Us..

So I used the BlueScreenView and these are the parameters stated:

116 errors are video card related. It's either a driver issue or worse case scenario, a bad gpu.

Have you tried updating your drivers to the latest?

Yep, I've upgraded to the latest driver already.. Really? So is it that bad already? It occurs for a certain game only, Injustice.. But since I've upgraded.. When playing Batman Origins, it doesn't occur anymore..

If it's occurring just for one game, then fortunately it does not indicate a faulty GPU.

It will be driver or game related.

Try posting an error report on the nvidia Forums or see if anybody else with a 6XXM series card is affected with that game.

HELP! BSOD 0x00000116 while playing games ( The Walking Dead Telltale)

So I've encountered BSOD 0x00000116 while playing Telltale's The Walking Dead. I know this game is not really demanding so I'm really wondering why is this happening..

So I've uploaded the pics of the reading My Dell PC Center shows and the txt file of the BlueScreeView of the
