BSOD 0x03B,wynk32.sys or service exception.

Hey guys, i hope someone can help me with this crashes. I get them 1 time per day,today i got Bsod 2 times so im posting. Im really hoping its not my ram memory,but something with drivers or whatever else it can be. Recently i got new mobo and processor so and new windows installation,but i did not format HD,just installed on existing. There is no real rule on Bsod,it happens at random times. Installed windows hot fix for this error but it didnt help,Bsod happend 15 minutes after installation. Installed Whql driver also.

I uploaded .rar file so i hope someone can help me with this thing.
