BSOD 0x7b in normal and safe mode

I'm getting a BSOD 0x7b booting into both normal and safe mode.
I can boot to a CD with Win7 and get into the Recovery console.
I have run Startup Repair more than 3 times.
I have recreated the BCD, Partition table and the MBR.
I didn't need to re-allign the partitions. It's a SSD.
I have removed all USB devices and all other Hard Drives.
I did have a dual boot Win7 with XP. I have hidden the XP partition and made sure Win7 is Active.
In the drive attachment please disregard drive C:. I booted up to that to print the drive list.
I have run CHKDSK /r /f
I have booted to a USB with Win7 installed and run Malwarebytes. I know it doesn't get a chance to look at the registry of the drive that is not bootable but it does look at the files. Nothing was found.
I have run a scan of up-to-date antivirus on the drive and nothing was found.

I don't know if there is a BIOS setting that is wrong.
I don't know how to debug the BOOT up process to figure out what is causing this.

Please help me figure it out.

Hello Doc mate can you do this please
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.

Then if you can we would like you to try to send the dump files use these

Now you probably might not be able to do that and the bugcheck in the issue is probably due to a software problem but without the dump files we are a bit stuck.
So any new software recently or new hardware?? the chkdsk not doing much is a bit of a worry though all the same.

Please suggest a way for me to get the system specs from a bootable USB flash drive since I can't boot into this system.
There aren't any dump files on the system.
Since I can't boot into the system I can't run the programs in the BSOD instructions.

Please let me know if there is another way to get the information from a non bootable system.

Doc you could use this ditty of mine to recover soem facts about the system.
BOOTABLE UBUNTU
Make a bootable Ubuntu disk Download Ubuntu Desktop | Download | Ubuntu
Set the BIOS to boot from the optical when the machine boots it will show you a screen with TRY or INSTALL > select TRY not INSTALL
When it is finished - it takes very little time you will get a screen like in the pic .
Open the drive you want > User and dig down until you get to the data / settings you may be able to copy / paste the material you want to an external source or other installed drive doing this.
I am not sure if it will but I have recovered tons of data etc using this method both on "dead" or just plain drives that you cannot get data from using Windows.

Or there is this Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS I prefer Ubuntu a tad easier to set up but this does the same thing

Ok Doc now as I have never searched for the dump stuff I am not real sure of where you would find them using Ubuntu but am guessing you would just open up that drive as marked in pic and search just as you would with Windows.

Let me know what you can find.

In this folder :
C:\Windows\Minidump
There are no files.

I do have a couple files in:
C:\Users\Administrator\Local Settings\CrashDumps
but I don't think they will help you.

Sorry late reply Doc well don't know quite where to go next

Now the 0x7b error mentioned at the start points to a corrupt disk and without those dumps is making it difficult to find just what it is. The fact the darn thing will not boot makes a hard drive test again difficult and I can only think of trying a test using the Ubuntu but not having used a Windows testing tool within a Unix environment I cannot say if it would even work. I don't suppose you have access to another Windows machine because if so you could test the drive using a USB dock or USB to SATA adaptor.

The other thing you mention is a change in the BIOS so have you changed it at all?

I suppose at least with the Ubuntu boot you can recover data if we need to go down THAT road
