BSOD after adding 4GB of RAM - IRQL not less or equal

Hey,

I've been having some random BSODs since installing an additional 4GB of RAM (I originally ran 4GB). Both RAM are the same - 2x2 GB of G.Skill 1333MHz "F3-10666CL9D-4GBNS" (bought off Newegg). I've tried a number of things:

1. Thought the new memory was bad so I ran Memtest - found some errors when all four 2GB sticks were installed (several hundred actually). I then tried just the new memory by itself - no errors! The old memory was also tested by its self and had no errors. It seems to be when all four sticks are together I get BSODs.
2. I updated core drivers - Video card, audio and such. I also ran a windows update.
3. Safemode appears to work fine with all four sticks installed - I haven't had a BSOD in the last hour while I usually get one every 10 minutes if not in safemode.

Also, I've used a crash dump analyser program and it's pointed towards some driver causing the problems but it can't seem to identify the driver. Hopefully I can get some help from you guys and solve this problem. :D

And this computer is about 2 years old, home built (ordered all the parts off newegg). I believe all the system information is in the zip but if needed I can post all the parts.

If anything else is needed let me know I'm willing to try anything really so I can just use my full 8GBs - I've had to run just 4GB to use my computer lately I'm hoping to be able to use all of it!

Their is a very good chance that your old ram and new ram are mismatched. Same brand, speeds, volts, serial numbers ect. Many many times mismatched ram will not work well together. All ram must be installed as per the motherboard manual.

I don't believe their mismatched as I bought the same exact memory as I did when I built the computer. So like I have an old 4GB kit (2x2GB of the G.Skill I mentioned) and I two weeks ago I bought the same 4GB kit so it should be the same and it seems to work fine by itself. I haven't gone into the BIOS though so I'm not sure if something in there could be messing it up (auto setting it or something). That's something I think I may have to try unless its a driver issue.

The two 4GB kits just don't seem to play nicely with each other - that seems to be what I've narrowed it down to (the BSODs only occur when 8GBs of ram are installed - 4GB works just fine it seems).

You have a range of different bugcheck codes in the dmp files, but the 0xD1 and 0x50 standout - these point to memory problems.

How long did you run MemTest86+ for with all 4 chips installed? Have you tried taking 2 x working chips and testing them in different RAM slots?

Ram does not have drivers. Making sure that the motherboard was set at default would be my next step. Then I would check the motherboard web site and see if their was a bios updated to improve ram usage or words along those lines. I have seen a few times when ram of the same kind is bought at different dates (big gaps between times of purchase) did not play well together.
When you have all four sticks installed can you give us one of these.

I have also seen when installing ram in slots that haven't been use before it takes a little more pressure to seat properly.

Golden also has some great ideas.
