OK, great. Hirens is not a virus. There are programs on it that allow you to reset passkeys and do a lot of stuff like that which is what some viruses do. That is why most AVs flag it. Hirens is OK. The other stuff is not and it is to your benefit to clean them out. Be mindful of what you download and where you download it from. There is a reason cracked programs and torrent downloads are undesirable. Most have malware, trojans and root kits in them. Torrents have whatever someone along the download chain wants to put in them. The best anti virus is you. Knowing where you go, what you download and where you download it from. Also, you need a good anti virus. malwarebytes is a very good program, but it is not an anti virus. Malwarebytes will tell you that. It is an anti malware. I use it myself but I also use an antivirus.

I am glad you are not having any more crashes and I hope it continues. Please upload all of the complete log files when you have them.

i have my malwarebytes and just incase ill upload both tss log files i scanned a few times.

in the next few days ill have the eset one it will be a min to do. so ill see you then ill keep a eye on this post till then if you have any new things for me to try. ill use the other two scans today too.

Here are detailed instructions to run the ESET Online Scanner and manipulate the results.

Disable your Anti-Virus.

Navigate your browser to the ESET Online Scanner page and select SCAN NOW.

Agree to the Terms of Use, then click Start.

Select the radio button to Enable detection of potentially unwanted applications. Click the down-arrow for Advanced Settings. Check the boxes as shown. If you use a proxy, check that box and configure it as necessary. Then click START.

The program will download the latest detection definitions and then begin the scan. It can take quite a while, depending on how many drives you have and the size of them. Threats will be displayed as they are identified.

Once the scan has finished, select List of found threats.

Look through the list to determine if any of the detections are false positives or unwanted. If you have been asked to provide a list by a forum member for evaluation, select Export to text file, save it to your desktop, and upload it in your thread. Then click Back.

Select Manage quarantine.

Click once to select any item which you do not want quarantined and then click Restore.

Verify the action "restored" shows for each item you do not want quarantined. When you are finished, click Back.

If you are sure that you want all quarantined files to be deleted upon exit, check the box Delete quarantined files. If you are not sure, and would like them to stay in quarantine, don't check that box. They will show up in your list the next time you run the scanner, and you will be able to Restore them if needed.

sorry it is not as long as first one. the first one was 99 problems found, this is just 3.

still cant find the old eset file this one was where you told me it was but the eset folder was not there when i looked before like the whole folder. this time i uploaded the log before leaving the free trial or buy page just to be sure. its still there but was not sure why first time it was not.

Assuming you have not had any further BSODs, I am going to take a stab here and say that all your problems were a result of the illegal stuff residing on your system. I'm sure you see now what a mistake that is, aside from being illegal. Based on what I've seen in the second sets of logs you've posted here, I can only imagine what was found during the first round of scans.

That being said, if this were my computer, I would be full-formatting the hard drive, (not a quick format), and reinstalling Windows from scratch. You can certainly assume that everything, and I mean everything, on your system has been compromised: your passwords for everything (mail, games, web sites, etc.), should all be changed from a known clean computer. You should visit the following website and check your email addresses on a regular basis, to see if they are showing up on public PasteBins for hackers to use.

here it is. i plan on not doing that anymore. i was poor and that is my only excuse but now i have money and can buy things and have been. i apologize for any and all inconveniences i have caused you or anyone else. i have cleared my computer of everything i can think of but you are right i need to do a zero out of my HD and reinstall windows. was wondering if you knew of a program that i can use for that. i used to have one when i did computer repair but i do not remember the name of it. again sorry.

Depache, You have an Illegal copy of Adobe that needs to be gone and not put back on. If you go through the process of cleaning your system then go back to doing what you did, it will be a waste of time. I hope you have learned a valuable lesson here. Plus, it will not only mess up your system, it is also theft. If you want to get your system running right and legal, we will help you, but you have to be up front with us. We won't help with anything less.

Do you have an SSD or a mechanical hard drive? I also need you to tell me if your OS is legal, save me the trouble of finding out. You will not need a third party program to wipe the drive. I will show you how it do it. Do you have installation disk/USB to reinstall the OS?

im using i think a legal version it should be a legal key being its from when i bought my old pc i once got windows xp black edition on one of my older computers years ago but that computer is long dead and the hd with it. the key is a sticker on the side of my pc. and i have a disc with another key. i just keep using them every new computer i make so this is number 4 in 15 years. i have learned my lesson and i checked out that site and changed my passwords to the accounts that were hacked i had 2 of 5. thank you for your time i really appreciate it. if you can help me with the reset i can be fresh and start anew. this time if i BSOD (god forbid) it will be due to overheating or something (i hope not that either).

um the SSD i dont have, i have blank CD's if that counts. yes to install disk and i have USB's but no USB install stick

On another clean computer, Go to the Gigabyte web site for your Motherboard (GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z77-D3H (rev. 1.0)) and download all of the Drivers for your board. You will not need the one listed as Sata pre Install. Up top at this link, determine if your board is Revision 1.0, 1.1 or 2.0. Just click the link for the appropriate one.

Do this on a clean computer. Your Install DVD; is it an official Microsoft Install DVD?

You also have to be sure there are no viruses, keyloggers or rootkits on your other hard drives. We are going to disconnect them during the install. You will have a perfectly clean install when we are finished. But, when you connect the other hard drives after the install, if they have any viruses on them it will mess everything up. So be sure before we start. If it requires running those scans again, it will be worth it. We are going to do the install with nothing but the OS hard drive connected. It will take several hours to wipe the drive clean and install windows. Let me know when you have time and are ready.

When you are ready, disconnect 1 wire from every hard drive you have except the one you want to install Windows on. Make sure you have backups of all personal files. I would usually recommend a system image, but you have a lot of viruses and other things you would not want to go back to. Disconnect everything from the computer except the mouse and keyboard.

Boot into the USB/DVD drive with the installation files. The first screen you come to will be select your language. Don't select it. Hold down the shift key and press F10. You will get a command prompt window. type diskpart into the window and press enter. Wait until the window replies with diskpart. Type list disk and press enter. Every disk connected will show with a disk number. If you have disconnected all disks like I suggested, there will be only 1 and the USB. You can tell which is which by the size. Yours should be numbered disk 0. Type select disk 0 and press enter. The computer will reply, disk 0 is the selected disk. type clean all and press enter. Go have lunch somewhere. Depending on the size of your hard drive it can take anywhere from a couple of hours to 6 or 8 hours. Even though it will look like it is doing nothing, it is. Just leave it alone and let it work. When it finishes the window will say diskpart cleaned the selected disk. It is completely wiped clean and nothing at all is left on it. Type Exit and press enter. Type exit again and press enter. You will be back on the select your language page. Continue until you get to the where do you want to install windows. You should see your 1 disk and it should say unallocated. select the disk then click next and the installer will do everything else, just like in the tutorial.

I have more disks connected than you will have and I selected a different disk to show for an example. You should have 1 disk and it will be disk 0. You will select disk 0 where I selected disk 3. But, this is about what it should look like.

Also, make sure you have all of the drivers you need downloaded from your Motherboard's web site as listed in post # 33. I usually put them on a USB flash drive. Make certain you have downloaded them from another clean computer and at a bare minimum, make certain you have the LAN driver and/or the wireless driver, whichever you use. If the installer does not have the proper drivers for your Ethernet connection, you will not be able to connect to the internet without it.

Once the install is completed and it is completely finished, shut the computer down and reconnect the other hard drives. Then run all Windows Updates if you have internet connection. If you don't have internet, install the Lan driver then run the Windows Updates. That will take quite a while.

awesome and i found my cd and case with windows 7 home premium, to reassure you i am uploading a picture of it from my phone. im very excited to find it took forever. now i have a few things i need to ask before i start, is it ok to backup my steam games (they are legit i use humble bundle another reason i stopped torrenting) i only ask because i have dish internet and it has a data limit so anything i dont need to redownload the better. if not then ill be fine i just rather not. thank you for the time again.
