BSOD after changing from 4GB to 8GB SODIMM RAM

Have you checked that the RAM is compatible with the motherboard?

I've checked the latest dumps, have you removed the Webroot program from your computer too? If not, I would remove the program.

Code:

The graphics card driver seems to be causing problems, and is still outdated, I would run the automatic installation program provided by AMD. It may be worth checking the HP support page for your model for driver updates and documentation.

I have ran their automatic driver installation before and it still came up with the same driver,
so my graphics card driver is not outdated and I have had these BSOD without the driver installed at all,
any chance you could check through these dumps for any other issues then the ones you have already stated.

In the end it might just come down to compatibility but I have checked that my ram is compatible with my motherboard,
also note that I haven't had a BSOD again but I am sure it will come back.

Cheers,
Alex :)
