Hi and Welcome!

Are you overclocking anything? If so, please reset to default optimal setting in BIOS. RushTop64.sys was blamed in the DMP, I've done some research and it seem to be Dual Core system of MSI or something similar. But the process running at the time of crash was OverclockingCe (may be overclocking center MSI), may be a overclocking software, I'm not sure, but perhaps you know.

That driver is way too old

Thank you for the quick reply and yes you are correct I am doing a slight overclock on my CPU (2.8-3.2ghz).. Would you know how I go about fixing this situation without having to go back to the stock settings?

Its just crazy to me that MSI advertises the motherboard as a "great overclocker" but can't handle a slight overclock! Oh well.. Thanks again for advice and see if I can get it to work properly..
