the intel hd graphic card works perfectly when ever i installed the ati driver it goes black.

but it seems this problem will never be solved last try i will upgrade to windows 10 and see if this will fix the problem.if not maybe i need to change my laptop.

It is not recommended to upgrade to Windows 10.
The problems won't go away, but will be carried over with extra problems due to the upgrade!

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your manufacturer.

did that used DDU to uninstall amd driver and install the latest amd from hp.and didint work still black screen.

Just had a look at the attached zip file and there is 1 thing I can add.

   Warning

Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with Driver Downloader & Driver Fusion, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

I agree axe along with the tweaking stuff more problem than there were before bar one https://www.slimwareutilities.com/slimdrivers.php this I do use from time to time because they take you to genuine manufacturers sites ie Intel.
But one does need to uninstall it after each download because it is such a nagger

removed all the driver update programs and installed the amd driver and same problem guys

i dont think its a correct driver problem because i tried all hp.com amd and intel drivers and even the latest amd on amd.com and the beta but the problem i get is either a black screen after win logo or BSOD atikmpad.sys

With laptops, you ONLY need to install the drivers your manufacturer provides you.
Please (re)install every driver from your manufacturer.

did it dude while ago, i always and only download drivers from hp.com but after black screen occurred i thought to give it a try.

How much was the delay between installing the drivers and the publishing of the drivers?

By delay, he means : what are the published driver dates, and what date did you install them?

Time, how much time was there between the publish of the drivers and downloading the drivers?
Usually, when a new version of a driver is published it is best to wait a few days before installing them.
This because there are some bugs in the drivers that are usually solved within a few days.
