Solved BSOD after lightning strike and during uninstallation

Hello, everyone.

I am definitely not satisfied to post here after a year, because posting here means a new problem. However, I am glad to know where to turn to and where I will certainly get some help.

Exactly a year ago I had a BSOD problem caused by permissions (see: http://www.sevenforums.com/general-...-7-get-working-again-black-screen-cursor.html). Kaktussoft made a great effort back then and still I am so grateful to him. Despite some scolds, he is always here and the only one who actually listens what your problem is and how you want to solve it. The only one who drills to the core of the problem and never gives up.

Well, see, yesterday we had some storms here and the day back I was testing AVG PC TuneUp 2015 which cleaned my computer, defragmented it (took about 40 hours), optimized it and defragmented registry. Or better say, should do it - on the next startup. The trial got expired and I decided to uninstall it, which I did - for the time of uninstalling the ligthning struck and the electricity was gone. It was right in the middle of uninstalling.

They plugged electricity back in and I turned on my computer seeing - guess what - black screen with a cursor. Not knowing the exact cause - whether it was the interruption of uninstalling PC TuneUp (which you know is very delicate as it refers to system settings) - or just the surge - I can do nothing with my computer at the moment.

The issue is similar - windows loads, logo is shown, then black screen with a movable cursor. Safe mode - same, last known good configuration - same.

Used Recovery CD, ran Startup repair, several times, including partitions, tried all combinations. Wanted to do system restore, there are no restore points?

Important. I tried to rebuild BCD (How To Rebuild the BCD in Windows [10 to 20 Minutes]) - it does NOT solve the problem. Identified Windows installations: 0. No matter what.

The only thing that actually works is the command prompt located on a Recovery CD! (X: Sources)

Important. Hardware IS OK. I did NOT touch the damned permissions. I do NOT have any malware.

When I enter in cmd:

dir C: -> Volume in drive C: is system
dir D: -> Volume in drive D: is OS. (Followed by all my personal data and folders)
dir E: -> Volume in drive E: is Recovery. Only Recovery folder (from 2011)
dir F: -> Volume in drive F: is GRMCHPXFREO_EN_DVD. (I assume this is the Recovery CD)
dir X: -> Volume in drive X: is boot. (Followed by many .dll files and .xsl files)


To sum up, data is untouched and OK, Windows loads. Something is blocking the startup. Note that cmd, apart from the one in recovery is not accessible, nor the safe mode and there is not any option 'Repair Your Computer'.

The problem exceeds my imagination to solve it, so any advice is welcome.
