BSOD after sleep or hibernation mode

Hi,

As in the title, I get the blue screen everytime I log on back from sleep or hibernation to windows. I have seriously tried A LOT to solve this by reading online, included this forum. All scans show me the computer is fine. Nothing works. Windows still crashes a couple of minutes after I log back in from sleep or hibernate.

Please help me. I ran the DM log collector (see attached zip) and truly hope you can solve this problem for me.

Please run the DM Log Collector tool again, there are only dump files saved.
Before uploading the zip, please make sure it contains at least following files

• 18 .txt,
• 1 .nfo

If it doesn't, please try booting in safe mode and run the DM Log Collector tool again.
