BSOD after waking from sleep; just replaced HDD

My laptop is having the BSOD after I wake it from sleep. This started happening after I just had a friend replace a failing 320gb 5400rpm Seagate hard drive on my laptop with a new 500gb 7200 rpm Western Digital hard drive, and I had all the files cloned onto the new drive. My laptop is a 6 year old HP running Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit that was upgraded from Windows Vista. I've uploaded the files from the SF Diagnostic Tool.

The crash dump included in the zip is too old to give the idea of the present situation.

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

I followed the steps, but unfortunately, my computer is failing to create a .dmp file. Is there something else I can do to help it create the file? I took a picture of the blue screen that appears.

To try to solve the problem, I've done a memory and hard disk check and they both are fine. I also ran sfc /scannow and Windows Repair when booting from a Windows 7 disc. They both initially found problems they couldn't fix, but after running them again, they now both say there are no problems. I only get the BSOD when waking from sleep, but I do not get it when waking from hibernation.

Well, it is a stop 0xF4. And the HDD is a WD Black 500 GB.

Test your HDD with Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows. Take both the short test and the extended test.

Good. Then open the computer and apply the HDD in another SATA port on the motherboard. See how it goes.

Something relating to the HDD is failing there.
