I need to let my PC on at night (to run some applications) and almost every morning (even during the day sometimes) i found it with a BSOD reporting a "driver power state failure" error.

I would be very grateful for any help (in the file attached are the outputs of the "BSOD Dump & System File Collection" app and the perfomance monitor report)

The Asus Charger Driver is the cause, update it ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P6T
ASACPI.sys the 2005 version is a huge cause of BSODs
   Information
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "
ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005
)

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

Update Marvell Yukon driver

Thank you yowan. I updated the Asus Charger Driver as you suggested, and prevented Daemon Tools to run automatically at start up (i often use it so i didn't uninstall it for now.) I will wait 1 or 2 days and let you know about the outcome.

PS: how could you pinpoint the ASACPI.sys driver from the files i posted?

Even if Daemon Tools is disabled the sptd.sys driver will still be loaded and can caused issues. ASACPI.sys was mentioned as the oldest driver in your minidump files :)
