BSOD and computer freezing seemingly randomly

Hello,

I have started having problems with BSOD and freezes exactly two weeks ago. It seems to happen randomly, sometimes while the PC is booting, sometimes it runs well for a few minutes and then crashes with a BSOD. Also, the display driver crashes more often ever since I have started having those problems.

The system is about a year and half old. Two weeks ago, I ensured that my drivers were all up-to-date and ran a disk check and some RAM tests and I thought that I had found the source of the problem, because while testing the RAM, I had found some errors on one of them. Unfortunately, I am encountering the same problems today, and I can't find any error while testing the RAM.

Here is my system:
OS: Windows 7 Professional x64 Full Retail
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
Motherboard: ASUS M4A78T-E ATX 790GX Socket AM3 DDR3 2PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI HDMI Video Sound GBLAN
RAM: OCZ3P1333LV4GK 2GB DDR3-1333 PC3-10666 CL 7-7-7-20 Dual Channel X 3
Graphics card: EVGA E-GEFORCE GTX 285 648MHZ 1024MB 2.484GHZ GDDR3
HDD: Western Digital WD1001FALS
Wireless card: Trendnet TEW-643PI

The last BSOD occurred this afternoon, with BCCode d1, and I also had a few problems two weeks ago with BCCode 116. I seem to be running out of options to find the problem with the knowledge I have. Any ideas?

The most recent few were caused by sptd.sys

Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads DuplexSecure - FAQ

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place.

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

I have tried updating every driver listed, but some of them seemed to be updated to the latest version. I have also removed Daemon Tools. However, I am still getting random freezes and BSOD, the latest one with BCCode a1 after trying to close a tab in Google Chrome 14.0.835.163 ...

I have attached the latest report after today's crash, if you have any ideas?
