I had a new computer built, in October, and it has been having the BSOD on average, 3 times a week.
I had the memory changed out after I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic, and it said it was a Memory problem. I have 16GB Ram. I am sorry that I don't have much more to tell you, as I am learning here. I have included a Zip file also. I have also never been able to do a restart or shut down without holding in the power button. Thanks, John

Start off by updating your video card drivers and see if that fixes the problem

Also, if it's not disabled, disable your onboard video from the BIOS

the dump blames your nvidia driver.

Uninstall the installed driver and reinstall another copy of the latest stable version of your driver

Still blaming video driver.

Code:
STOP 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (go to top of page)

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control,

We can rule out disk space.

You do have a BIOS update that you can install

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...Version=Windows 7 (64-bit)*&DownloadType=BIOS

Run the two hardware tests below to rule out memory/cpu

Please run these tests and report back the results
1. Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
2. Prime95 - Run all three tests for 3-4 hours each or until fail - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-hardware-stress-test-prime95.html
