I recently started having many issues with hanging graphics card and BSOD due to the ati1kmpag.sys. This generally happens when playing on steam (Specifically Torchlight 2 which isn't very graphics intensive). I've reformatted my computer, installed latest drivers, resinstalled my steam and the game I'm playing. I've also attempted to expand the atikmpag.sys file and replace that file. None of it is working. I am at my wits end. I'm attaching the file from my computer and would be ever so thankful if anyone can give me any insight on fixing this issue once and for all.
