Hi everyone, I just bought a brand new laptop Samsung qx410 with windows home premium 64 bit OS. Haven't really installed new drivers except for poweriso and anchorfree but uninstalled those.

I have gotten BSOD when I close my laptop ie it goes to sleep, I am a student so I do this frequently. It isn't all the time but maybe 1/6 times.

My guess right now without interpreting the dump files is something to do with Nvidia optimus where it changes from Intel integrated graphics to 310 dedicated graphics to conserve battery power. I have asked other people with this laptop they don't seem to be having this problem. I have updated all my drivers.

To the point
bug code: 0x000000c2
ndis.sys
ntoskrnl.exe + some memory locations

I have attached the dump files, if anyone can help a Comp Sci student out I would be very much indebted, and help pay it forward.

These were probably caused by your hssdrv.sys (part of hotspot shield).. It should be removed.

I just uninstalled it so very much hoping you are right. Zigzag thank you for your reply!

That is great that you figured it out so fast by looking at my dump files?
I'm super curious how you figured it out, all I saw in there were ntoskrnl and ndis.sys
and bunch more cryptic windows drivers.
