Microsoft and Dell (cannot reproduce the issue) have not been able to provide us an answer to why we randomly have Latitude 7450's crashing. We are on Win 7 SP1 x64, latest Win patches and latest drivers.
Systems have SEP, DLP, and Citrix Client Access Gateway plugin. Some crash logs point to the Citrix DNE driver, we have updated the driver without any luck. Also the DNE driver has been in production for 4+ years without an issue. The BSOD seemly cropped up on 200+ machines around the same time.
