You have got a stop 0x3B BSOD after reinstalling windows. Did it BSOD before the clean install of 11/18/2014?

Also, as you have not installed the windows updates yet, better you wait and see what is the situation after installing the windows updates.

Let us know for any further BSOD after updating windows.

You dont have any display driver installed right now?
Code:
---------------
Display Devices
---------------
Card name: Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
Go to Intel Download Center. Take the Intel® Driver Update Utility and get your display driver.

After installing the display driver, report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

Also test your RAM modules for possible errors. Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Let us know the results.
