BSOD CRASH!!!

Basically, I'm getting a BSOD that's won't let me get past the login screen (it did 3 times trying different things with boot options, but only for a minute before the BSOD appeared again). I created a virtual computer with virtualbox to run older programs, and I had an old XP home edition service I needed a key for to install on virtualbox, so I downloaded a XP key gen and when I ran it I got a BSOD, certainly from a nasty virus. It happens all the time, can rarely get passed the login screen, and only for a minute. Tried all f8 boot options and safe mode doesn't work, but command prompt does, though I have no idea what to do in it. I did those 3 times to get to desktop and delete those harmful viruses quickly before I got a BSOD, but obvoiusly it already corrupted something important. Here is the error message:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Technical Information:

It also suggests to disable BIOS memory such as caching or shadowing, but I have no idea how to do it.

I used to get something about iastor.sys in the technical information but I found something on another forum how to fix it:
- Boot in Safe mode with command prompt (BSOD in regular Safe mode)
- Open device manager with command "devmgmt"
- Browse for "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"->"Intel...SATA AHCI Controller".
- Right-Click on it and select properties.
- In "Driver" tab, click on Roll Back Driver.

Did that, no iastor.sys anymore in the error report. Yet I still a BSOD!!!
I can only access my BIOS and safe mode command prompt, so any possible fixes will have to be done there (can also access device manager)
My laptop is an acer aspire 7745G, intel core i5 460M @2.53 Ghz, 8 gb of ram, ati radeon 5650 graphics with intel integrated graphics, 3 MB L3 cache, running windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
Any help please! This is a brand new laptop, 3 months old! If I could just access it for 5 minutes then I could put all my important files on a USB and run my recovery discs! Note I do not have original windows 7 cd, as my laptop came preinstalled, I only recovery discs with windows 7 included on it. That's all the information I can give, as I can't get past the login screen. PLEASE HELP!!!

Best bet both to get rid of the malware and f ix the problem is to clean install win 7.

Keygens arent a good idea as you found out

Yeah I figured out. Good news is, I can run in safe mode, even with networking. I will through every anti virus I got against this crap. I would clean install with recovery disks, but I need to get my important data of first... If anyone has any other solutions to this problem please help, I have allot of stuff on my computer and even if I got the most important stuff off, it would still be a major burden.

Ok like I said safe mode works, and if I shut down almost all services on startup, regular mode works as well. But, when I check to many services to start up at msconfig, I still get the BSOD described on my first post. I managed to get the report information. Please look it over, this thing, while not always getting a BSOD anymore, is still slowing my computer down like heck! Most of the services have to be disabled to let it run in normal mode.

If you can get a hold of an external enclosure or a swappable external Sata to USB connector, you can take your hard drive out and plug it into another computer to grab your information and restore it with your recovery CD's

I would never trust that OS now that it has a virus that is causing that much harm. Even if you get the OS back to normal I would still recommend reinstalling it from scratch and not use key gens anymore.

Yeah, I know I will have to eventually boot to factory settings and all that, but right now I wish to fix the problem, at least temporarily.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
