Solved BSOD Daily,0x0000000C4, Clueless

Hey, I have been recently having trouble with the BSOD. This is not the first time but this time most methods I have tried have not worked. I have tried system restore, restoring to factory default but nothing has worked and I have no clue. I admit to having a almost full hard drive but I don't think that is the problem seeing as I have done a factory reset. Next time it happens I will post a file with all the details but it did not have a message such as IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL for example. But it did have down the bottom a message about 0x000000000000C4 or something like that. I have tried registry cleaners but they seem to cause more problems than they fix. Any help would really be appreciated.

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and which one was responsible.

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.


To ensure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

Solved

I figured it out, it seemed to be zone alarm trying to access some drivers, and my computer didn't approve but thanks and if I have any more troubles I know where to come! Somewhat instant response, will use this again!
