Ralph hi and welcome

This was probably Related to pssdklbf.sys PSSDK Driver LoopBack v4.0 32bit from microOLAP Technologies LTD. I cant be sure till you upload the DMO file as indicated below

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

Hello,
I went to the minidump, but there were no files there.
I might have deleted them. I did enable the minidump
as you instructed.
Any other ideas ?

Thanks

You may not have one. Have you looked in your system control panel?

system control panel>advanced system settings> advanced> performance> advanced>virtual memory>change

Dont change it. What is listed there? a screenshot would be helpful

Did as you instructed. However all that came up
was my "C" drive and my two external drives.
The "C" drive was the only one highlighted.
There was no other information.

Ralph

we need the actual DMP file not a word copy of it but from what I can see it is Related to pssdklbf.sys PSSDK Driver LoopBack v4.0 32bit from microOLAP Technologies LTD

I would remove it at least to test

I cant be sure without the DMP file.

Thanks.

You can remove it in control panel>Programs and features. You can also find the file and rename it to pssdklbf.bak so it cant load. I would remove it.

Found it and deleted it. Hopefully this will
take care of the problem. At any rate I
learned something new during this whole
process.

Thank You for your help.
