BSOD Downloading Zorin

This laptop is one that I have been working on. Its a HP dv6-10564cl 2.XX Ghz Core Duo processor with 4 GB ram and Standard touchpad by synaptics. Needed to replace the original MB due to keyboard connector being bad on original. Replaced the battery and it seems the battery I got is not working correctly and is in the process of RMA. The BSOD occurred with AC power connected without the battery. Earlier today I had the laptop unexpectedly just quit. No Blue screen at all. This happened 2 or 3 times. To start it back up, I had to disconnect AC power press the power button and hold for 20 -30 seconds. Then put AC power back and then press power button to start.

System would go on to restart. Checking on BIOS it was #45 and HP had another version #46. I downloaded everest and ran stress test for 30 min. CPU temp at 100% got to 80' C. I closed everest and clicked to open Speccy and it just shut off again. Now idea why. I updated it and then tonight got this BSOD.

Any help is and will be appreciated.

I was hoping someone could look at this and help me determine what is causing this laptop to turn off.

Try updating these drivers:
