Thanks for answer and help me with that fix.

I disabled windows update service in the past since the updates start include windows 10 ads/telemetry... anyway recently i enable it again and update the system and apparently dont crash anymore. Also i remove a memory ram i install in the past but i think is was a windows OS problem no a RAM conflict

Thanks anyway for the help!

I will be in touch! ;)

Have you tried to test your drive for damage example with SeaTools or check its S.M.A.R.T with CrystalDiskInfo?

Hi Jorgeapp,

Just to expand on what MrPepka has said above . . .

You can run some diagnostic tests on your HDD for more information.

SeaTools is a powerful tool to analyze the HDD’s. It can perform a lot of tests including Drive Self-Test, Read-Write Test, SMART [Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology] extraction and some advanced actions like bad sector repair.

Although SeaTools can test all types of HDD’s, it only performs the repair action on Seagate HDD’s. It could however, give you important information on your particular HDD.

This SevenForums tutorial [Published by Arc] explains how to use SeaTools => SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use.

CrystalDiskInfo is a utility program which tells you just about everything about the hardware performance of your hard disk, including how likely it is to stop performing in the near future. See the PCWorld article here => CrystalDiskInfo.

CrystalDiskInfo [Standard Edition] can be downloaded in various formats from here => CrystalDiskInfo.

I hope this helps!
