Hi am back again, couldn't do the task earlier, was very busy, but the problem is still there, need help in creating a .iso image, so that I can do a Clean Reinstall.............thanks a lotHow long has it been since you had a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7?
If never then you're running on an inherently corrupt factory preinstall that lards sponsored bloatware and useless duplicate utilties onto the OS, throttling it from its native instantaneous state.
I would strongly consider the reinstall, or at least Clean Up Factory Bloatware.
Have you run the Dell Diagnostics lately? I'd try running it now by tapping the F12 key at boot to boot it to run.
