Although I won't be assisting you with debugging your BSoD since I don't have enough spare time on my hands, I will be giving you some initial advice;

Please reduce the items that run at start up. You basically
only need your anti virus to run at start up, all other programs are not necessary and can be removed from the start up list.
Check
this tutorial to see how to add or remove start up items.

Looking at your drivers I see that most of them date back to 2009 or even before, this is
very old.
I'd suggest you to update all drivers from the list below you can find to make sure that outdated/faulty/failing drivers don't contribute to your issue.
