Solved BSOD, error 0x0000004A

Our computer has crashed 5 times in the last 2 1/2 weeks, and each time the Stop error was the same error 0x0000004A. I would appreciate your help in fixing this problem - I am a 75 year-old woman with only average computer knowledge. Thanks!

It appears the existing BitDefender antivirus is the problem. Uninstall it completely, then install free Microsoft Security Essentials from the link below:
