This is difficult because driver verifier is blaming something else which isn't the cause, wdf0100.sys to be precise.

Now for testing purposes there are a number of things I'd like you to try,
Can you please remove Avira anti virus just for now.

Secondly what USB devices have you got plugged in as there are a lot of USB drivers unloaded at the time of the crashes.

Code:
Unloaded modules:
fffff880`0b143000 fffff880`0b160000 ew_hwusbdev.
fffff880`09f71000 fffff880`09fa2000 WUDFRd.sys
fffff880`09e82000 fffff880`09e9d000 USBSTOR.SYS
fffff880`09e00000 fffff880`09e0f000 modem.sys
fffff880`09e0f000 fffff880`09e82000 [COLOR="red"]ewusbwwan.sy[/COLOR] [COLOR="SeaGreen"]<- This module is very suspicious.[/COLOR]
fffff880`0b12a000 fffff880`0b143000 LtDevice64.s
fffff880`04593000 fffff880`045b8000 avipbb.sys
fffff880`06023000 fffff880`06045000 avgntflt.sys
fffff880`07c24000 fffff880`07c3c000 avnetflt.sys

fffff880`0b024000 fffff880`0b095000 spsys.sys
fffff880`09fa2000 fffff880`09fbf000 [COLOR="Red"]ew_hwusbdev.[/COLOR] [COLOR="SeaGreen"]<- Again it's a driver part of Huawei Technologies[/COLOR]
fffff880`09f71000 fffff880`09fa2000 AODDriver.sy
fffff880`0190c000 fffff880`0191a000 crashdmp.sys
fffff880`0191a000 fffff880`01926000 dump_ataport
fffff880`01926000 fffff880`0192f000 dump_atapi.s
fffff880`0192f000 fffff880`01942000 dump_dumpfve

I have a strong suspicion your USB Modem/Serial Device Driver by Huawei Technologies is causing issues.
Please remove it completely.
