BSOD error 124, seconds to minutes of boot

Have a home build PC that I put a fresh install of Win7 on and it ran for a few days just fine while I was installing all my preferred programs and Windows updates. Then all of a sudden I started getting BSOD with code 124. Memtest ran 16 passes with no faults (23 hour run) and Windows repair tool couldn't find any errors. I formatted and installed Windows fresh again, and now I'll BSOD within 1-3 minutes of Windows booting up, without even touching the pc.

I'm attaching a zip of the mini dumps I've collected since the more recent Win install. I can't use the 'DM Log Collector' on this site, as I can't keep the machine up long enough to run. Took several times just to sneaker-net this to a good machine.

What are your system specs?

If you are overclocking STOP. If you have any custom or optimum settings to the BIOS, return them to default.

Nothing is overclocked, and everything is at default values. What's the easiest way to get system specs before it crashes again?

Probably the best thing to do is a Clean Install. The dumps are indicating a hardware failure (BugCheck 124) but this can be caused by errant or corrupt software and/or drivers. Since it started after you installed software, I suspect it's a compatibility problem or errant drivers. Since you can't run the DM Collector, there's little point in chasing the unknown.

You might try to get through this Clean Boot to help weed-out the problem. If the PC is operational after that, you can try adding back ONE at a time to find the culprit.

Did a clean install and clean boot, only thing not windows related was from Chrome. I'm posting from the trouble machine now and have run the DM Log and attached it to the original post.

Run Memtest86+ and let it run for at least eight passes. It's best to let this run overnight as it will take quite a while. If you start getting errors right away, you can kill the test.

Memtest ran for 23 hours, doing 16 passes with no errors. My BSOD is persisting even with clean install and clean boot.

Where did you get the Enterprise version of Windows and are you part of an IT network? How did you install Windows?

You don't need to perform the "Clean Boot" if you followed the instructions for a "Clean Install". There won't be any startup entries except those installed by Windows yet your install is showing Gadgets and some software not included with Windows. The whole purpose of a Clean Install is to get the PC to a stable OS status.

Install the chipset drivers for your motherboard and check with the motherboard OEM for MB drivers and/or BIOS updates. Your MB is a little aged and I'm concerned there may be a compatibility issue. Is this the first attempt at running Windows 7 on your PC?

The Enterprise copy came from a friend in IT, traded some work for it. I've been suspecting either the mobo or power source from the get go, as x124 is a hardware error. Mobo website offers no new updates. I'm not sure what was on the machine before I got it. I might try loading XP and seeing if that works any better, but then I don't get my x64 and RAM potential.

You won't get x64 RAM potential any way. You only have 4GB of memory.

Contact your friend in IT for support as your Enterprise version appears to be a KMS license. It must be activated through a KMS Server via the IT department after a Clean Install. You can't just re-image the disk for a Clean Install. You friend could get his business's volume license pulled by Microsoft for such actions.
