Did you use the correct drive letter?

your final command should look something like

XCOPY Q:\conaa Q:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

(note that it will NOT be a Q!!)

lol, I'm such an idiot xD.

Now it's everything ok. Just ran sfc /scannow and no erros were find :D.

The cbs.log file is zipped if you need it.
