BSOD every 10-15 minutes, error 0x000000f4

Hello, first of all I apologyze because english is not my first lenguage.
Since a couple of hours ago I got the BSOD very often, first it happens watching a tv show online, now it happens a lot doing whatever I'm doing in my pc, after that my pc restart and my screen turns all black and I just can see the pointer of the mouse moving by the screen, the only way I can use my pc agin is to reboot it in safemode and then I'll reboot normally and start working again, but after a while I get the BSOD again.

I'm sending the debug file, if you need something else please let me know.. thanks a lot for your help

Make it sure that your SSD is running with the latest firmware. If not, get Firmware 5.2.5 from Premier Pro SP900 Solid State Drive_Download_Solid State Drives_ADATA Technology.

Edit: I just finisished the test and these were the results:

When I was doing the disk check I got a BSOD again. I just disconect the blueray just to see if happens or not again, thinking that maybe could be the power supply (I have a corsair GS700)

Anything else I can do? my ssd ADATA SP900 is barely new, I bought 20 days ago, how can I now if the ssd is the problem?

You can check the seating of the SSD too, after making it sure that the firmware is up to date for sure.

Also post a screenshot of both the SSD and HDD using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

A stop 0xF4 is a storage failure. Not necessarily the storage device itself, but anything relation to the storage subsystem. As the BSOD started after attaching the SSD, so there is a chance that the SSD is causing it; and outdated firmware of SSD is a very frequent cause of stop 0xF4. So it is to be ensured at first.

So, first step the firmaware, I downloaded that file but when I open it I saw these:

I executed ADATA_SF_FieldUpdater V136

I have to open the .VIC file but I don't know what to choose

jjs mate you can test the volts on the PSU with HE Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < download the right bit version and close the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power section where you will see what the volts are doing see my pic.

Most probably it is any storage controller in that case. It should not be the power supply.

Great, thx for the manual, I can now update the firmaware.

And if the problem is a storage controller what do I have to do in order to solve it?

In this case it is best to update the Chipset drivers, that includes the storage controller (amd_sata.sys). That one available in MSI Global 990FXA-GD80 is newer that the installed version, but not the latest. But as I am not very aware of the AMD website, I am failing to find it in AMD.

You also search. AMD Chipset Drivers . If you get one, install it. Otherwise get that one available with MSI.

In MSI, it is listed as the ATI System & VGA Drivers... the first one in the list.

jjs when you go to get those updates mate there is a small window that states the OS version make sure you have the right one.
