Solved BSOD everytime 0x0000007e

This started happening few days ago. When I'm using computer blue Screen shows up and restarts and after a while Blue Screen again.

I can't use Windows Update (error 0070422)
CHKDSK always gets stuck for over 5 hours at a certain point.
I've tried different methods I've found in the internet but didn't solve the problem.
(can't remember their names-I'm not really good at computers)

I've attached the zip file and a picture of the blue screen
Please help me

Thanks I've updated my Intel ME to the latest version and was able to use Windows Update but Blue Screen still shows up. Do I need to update something els too??
