I went back to the factory installed image. This is after replacing the Motherboard. 6 months ago I sent the computer in and they replaced the motherboard and power supply. I feel like the power supply may be the issue after getting the event id 41 kernel power, also I am questioning whether I originally had a 800W vs the current 500W. Though it may be because I had to force power on/off. I have been reloading my computer with stuff I saved on my external hard drive and playing itunes one song off of my external hard drive, (WD15000H1NC my book). Attached is the system health report and a .arn file. AVG antivirus will be installed today, please help me so I haven't thrown $800 down the drain.

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x64
- Windows 7 pro 64bit
- OEM, with disk.

- What is the age of system (hardware)? 1 year
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) put OEM image on 2-4-2012

No dmp files included in upload try this method

If you are overclocking STOP

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:
* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.
To ensure minidumps are enabled:
* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

sorry only found the memory.dmp here is what I have.
https://rapidshare.com/files/1039453093/MEMORY.zip

The reason there is only one is that you are not configured correctly. See previous instructions. That is also the reason the dmp file is 131 Mb.

The reason we prefer more than one is because sometimes the analysis is inconclusive and that is the case here.

We are going to have to wait to have youo make the changes in the system control panel and the next crash.
