I built this machine in late June to try and save a bit of power over my old desktop, except it hasn't ever quite worked as reliably.
When I first built it, I tried dumping all the new hardware on my old Win7 installation. That meant:
Sata2 -> Sata3
USB 2.0 -> USB 3.0
PCIe 2.0 -> PCIe 3.0
With the same GPU, Hdd's, PSU (Seasonic x750 certified for Haswell's c6 state)
And New:
Mobo : Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H
Ram : Corsiar Platinum 16 Gb 1600 (2x8Gb)
CPU : Intel 4770k
Cooler : Corsiar H100i
The very first issues were caused by a bad ram stick. RAM'd and returned and tested for nearly two days with no errors on memtest.
So when the problems persisted and in light of a week's worth of bad ram to ruin my OS, I started by doing a fresh Win 7 Professional x64 install, which seemed to help a good bit.
But still the issue persisted. I began getting BSOD's pointing at USB and a driver installed by Unified Remote (and android remote for your PC) which Let me to the following outcomes:
Removed all Non- WHQL driver from my system.
Unplugged all USB related items except mouse and keyboard (the H100i was causing terrible DPC latency btw)
Removed Unified Remote
Re-installed and updated BIOS and all system driver related to chipset/GPU
Now I began to watch my DPC latency to try and catch the culprit of some system slow downs. It came down to a resource conflict with my on-board Realtek audio so I re-installed it, as well as removed Nvidia's HD Audio for good measure.
Then all was well. I had no slowdowns, everything was happy, except for a few days ago I began getting my old friend BSOD again, except this time it was 124's.
The dump always said the same thing:
Which the internet tells is hardware related to my CPU. So I went to Gigabyte to see if there were any lingering issues with my board as it is rev. 1.0 and they suggested pulling my Nvidia 680. I did and the error persisted. I get the BSOD's when browsing the internet and will almost never make it through the night without me waking up to a BSOD. This morning I got a BSOD 0x0...000a which is new. I am currently running no USB devices except Keyboard (Logitec G110) and Mouse (generic). No PCI/e cards, no bloatware I can find. Since removing my Nvidia card and using my integrated 4770k's GPU, my startup sounds are choppy and makes a audio buffer loop sound similar to what you would hear during a BSOD, but it makes it through. Aida64 stress test for all but Hdd and GPU will run for hours and will BSOD, but I'm not confident it is because of the load.
I am stuck. I do not have the knowledge to dig into my dumps any deeper but I need to know if I need to begin an RAM with Intel, Gigabyte or pray it's another driver issue.
Attached is the forums required info, two larger dump's results for the 124's. I can upload my larger dumps somewhere should anyone want to see one of them.

The plot thickens. I wanted to try and update the firmware for my ssd, and found that it was not detected (by crucial's software) on my Intel controller. So I plugged a working dvd burner into my Marvel controller and burned a boot disk for it. And did my system LAG.... DPC latency was off the charts while burning. Xperf places the blame on storport.sys, iusb3xhc.sys and iaStorA.sys .
