BSOD happening continuously

it is happening a lot

i have change my windows but it still happens.

You had a lot of BSODs, most point toward memory, so lets start there.
Guide to using Memtest86+ - Geeks to Go Forums
Run for 8 passes and then take a known good slot and test each stick for 6 passes.

I have 2 RAM memories and 2 slots in the case . i tested all the states (one ram in each slot) and memtest came with no errors !

You seem to have verylittle space left on your hard drive. I would remove some of your stuff and some software to free up space.
If that does not work test the hard drive
Hard drive scan usings SeaTools - SeaTools for Windows | Seagate - Both long and short tests

it help solved my BSOD issues as well as other minor irritating issues.

If that does not work test the hard drive

and by the way ... my video card gets burning hot after a few minuets i power on my PC .
can it be the cause ?

Yes, overheating can cause BSODs
Download cupid and find out the temps
CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

Check the gfx card, Is the fan working on the gfx card? Any dust on it?

it's a Gforce 8400 GS ...
it does not have a fan !

I would suggest that you use it in a cool room with air condidtioning. There are other ways to keep it cool. Some of these may help
