Bsod just trying to start up

This problem has been going on for awhile i can only go into safe mode anything else leads to bsod tryed everything. i want to factory reset but i cant seem to find where thats at i cant restore to a previous version because it just says error. I dont know much about this computer(was given to me ) so if you can help please do.heres what the bsod says.

Yeah i dont have internet at the moment so i cant actually go on my computer and post this due to bsod and useing a phone so please help

Well, the problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html
