BSOD memory management?

Hi guys heres a copy of the zip. Im having this bluescreen quite frequently any ideas? I actually had 4 blue screens all with different error messages....any help please?

There are two different crash dumps. Two different bugcheck codes, but the pointer is to the same thing, the display driver, though the display drivers are different.

Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+974578 )

When multiple versions of display driver fail, the primary notion goes to the hardware environment.

Are you overclocking? The processor is AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 970 Processor, 3500 Mhz.

As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.
