Hey so I have been getting the blue screen error for a while now and its really starting to piss me off. It's a custom built PC i build about a month ago now and I feel like I have tried everything and I just want it to work properly. The error occurs mostly while playing games but it has also happened while just doing regular stuff I think.

The error type is BSOD Error code: 0x000000D1, driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

The error appears somewhere between twice a week or once every two weeks so its not very consistent.
If anyone could help me fix it I would be forever in your debt. Thanks

Note: I have a picture of the blue screen but I dont know how to upload it

Okay so I was also having problems with the computer not being able to come out of hibernation last week so i had to delete the hibernation mode. But I was having blue screen problems before then. I also ran memtest on both stick of RAM one at a time for around 6 passes each and they both turned out fine. Sorry I dont know what you mean when you say SF Diagtool and dmp files

Side Note: Google Chrome is acting up a lot lately, not sure if that has to do with anything.

Hi,

Please remove ESET Smart Security as it is causing issues:

Code:

Unable to load image [COLOR=red]C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security\em008_64.dat, Win32 error 0n2[/COLOR]

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for em008_64.dat
Probably caused by :[COLOR=red] em008_64.dat[/COLOR] ( em008_64+b7ac0 )

:ar: ESET Removal Tool - ESET uninstaller Tool (Direct Download)Tech Support All

As an alternative please install:

:ar: Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

   Note
Once downloaded, update and run a full system scan

How is the system after ESET removed? Please upload a new log if you experience another crash.

cheers

Dave
