There is an exception code ffffffc000005, which suggest memory corruption. Please download third party called memtestx86, burn it to CD using http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/W7.htm, and let it run for at least 7 passes.

Run system file check:

Do you overclock anything?

Run check disk too:

That's some generic things to try

thank you for your quick reply. does memtestx86 run on 64bit windows 7? i have 2-2gb kingston ram which was newly bought this week, since i thought it could might as well be my old ram.
already removed my video card since it was showing "display driver stopped responding and has recovered"
its starting to look like my motherboard's busted. it was newly purchased last march. could my processor and or hardisk have something to do with these events?

no overclocking that i know of. i will try out your suggestions thank you.

You run it outside of windows. You restart and either boot it from a disc or usb.

It doesn't matter which version of windows you are using. You boot it from either disc or usb before windows has loaded.

Burn it to disc or copy to usb. Make sure bios settings are set to boot from either disc or usb before hdd. After restart press f8 and select boot from disc or usb then run it from there.
