Can you tell me where to find them, or which Program to use to Spot them out?
I am just an average user, I am not a tech. (I have HWiNFO installed which might help)

There shouldn't be a need to check it, your manufacturer should have taken care of that ;)
Same is with every other things related to the power.

Also, software isn't as accurate as the BIOS with those values.

The 12v value is way below 12.000, if that is true then that is your problem.
The 12v value should be a few percents around 12.000v for it to be stable.

It means that the power isn't properly handled, it doesn't get enough voltage and thus the drivers cannot function properly.
With laptops, I don't think you can change it.

My solution would be to send the laptop back to that tech guy so he replaces the GPU with the original.

Sadly I cant send the laptop back.
Thats why I am searching for a solution.

One thing I can say is that when I am on Battery Only, the laptop never gets any black screens.
Readings when on battery only.

Should I try lowering the Voltage when I put the adapter back on?
Cant change the voltages with that program , I cant even with MSI Afterburner.

It would, that I know, only be changeable in the BIOS and with laptops it is of course a different story.
I am sorry, but I wouldn't know a method to change the voltages and I doubt that it would be possible.
