BSOD occurring constantly and randomly!

I thought that we had solved it but the BSOD has shown it's head again this morning.

After the updates, I watched a webinar last night, used photoshop for an hour and had zero problems. I thought I'd leave the pc on over night on my desktop (switched off screen) to see if anything happened. When I checked this morning all seemed fine, I popped a SD card into the internal reader, double clicked on a folder and BSOD.

A display driver update is needed. Apply the latest WHQL of nVidia display driver.
You may download it directly, from our forum link http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/602-latest-nvidia-forceware-video-drivers-windows-7-a.html; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).

nvidiadisplaydriver_zps0ba1be3b.jpg

During installation, go for advanced installation, install the display driver and the PHYSx driver only, and check the perform a clean install box.

Also update the Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver, from Realtek

But what is most important that you use either the original 3 GB or the updated 8 GB of RAM.

I use 4 GB of RAM only, and it does not affect working with Adobe and Corel.
Tried Maxon, that also worked perfectly. Only Autodesk programs usually want more RAM.

A motherboard supports 16 BGs, that means you can use any amount upto 16 GBs. But I guess your 3 GB and 8 GB are mismatch.

At first you remove any of them, use the computer, see if it crashes there or not. Also observe if there is any performance issue or not.

Then if needed, you may do any addition, alteration, modification and replacement. But with the RAM compatible to each other and compatible with the motherboard.

I forgot to mention that I let MEMTEST86 run over the weekend (just over 50hours) and completed 30odd passes with 0 errors.

I done the FURMARK thing, the temp levelled off at 74c, but was only showing 2fps max.

I'm trying to get my head around the seatools thing just now!!

Is the situation the same after updating the Wireless USB Adapter driver? If so, disable USB Selective Suspend.

BTW, as a desktop runs from external power, and not on the battery, you may disable hibernate easily. It is not necessary at all.

Is it the latest one that you can have? If so, I would suggest you to use a new dongle.

Also you have to notice that if the BSODs are anyhow relates the Apple device.

The most important thing is, the computer is to use with DV enabled. Specially it is to do the most crash prone actions so that the BSODs can be replicated.

I'm moving a lot of my files onto an external HDD at the moment so that I can enable Driver Verifier without fear of losing my clients photos!!

I'm also looking at taking out the chips of RAM, but they are in the most absurd place and think I might need to get someone to do it for me as they are right behind the HDD, cables and all and I'm not confident enough that I know what I'm doing to get them myself!

The NETGEAR driver is the most upto date one that I could get, funnily enough, whenever I have a BSOD and I restart the PC, my network is always RED and cant find anything available!!

Not entirly sure what you mean when you are talking about Apple devices though?!?!

It seems that you have an USB apple device charger? Got a hing in the supplied data.

I think you should change the dongle. It is failing as per the data, and the fact is supported in your statement.
