bsod of new RAM

i got a bsod in the first 10 seconds of the computer booting.
i have a working 4gb stick in now, and i had another spare with the same specs but not the same make.
i knew they wasnt going to work together but i switched them round to see if one was better then the other.
nothing serious but i would like to know why my pc rejected it.

It will be best option here.

Apply the latest version of nVidia display driver.
You may download it directly, from our forum link http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/602-latest-nvidia-forceware-video-drivers-windows-7-a.html; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).

Uninstall AVG using AVG Remover. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

well great, i was going along installing new drivers etc.... now i cant connect to the internet?! im on my mums pc atm.
what do i do now? and i cant install the other drivers because im not connected to the internet

upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

1. Click on the start button
2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Execute it in your computer, copy it in a pen drive, upload it using your mothers computer.

None of these elements should not harm networking, I guess.

As after the system restore everything works normally, let it work.

AVG has a filesystem monitoring driver and that is causing some blockage in HDD using, that is issuing as Ntfs.sys error.
If you accept, I would suggest you to uninstall Sunbelt, too.
