- Now running Retail windows 7 ultimate

- What is the age of system (hardware)? I don't know I bought this used, its a hp pavilion dv7-3080
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 2 days

Help is greatly appreciated, since I know next to nothing about windows and its inner-workings.

Soupfiles hi and welcome

At least two point directly to your video driver, with a couple indirectly pointing to your Rt64win7.sys (ethernet driver). They both should be re-installed and updated.

I also suspect this was not a clean install (the accelerometer is installed) and with HP there is a lot of bloatwear that really needs to be removed.

After the drivers are updated we can really investigate if there is anything else still wrong.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

For the Realtek driver

How To Find Drivers:

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page
: Drivers and Downloads

Well then....

I now only experience blue screens when my HP DV7-3080 is not plugged into a power source, I have had no luck in solving this problem myself, I am hoping it is not a hardware problem, because I would rather not deal with warranty jazz. Hopefully someone will be able to shed some light onto my problem!

My BSOD code every time is 1e.
I only BSOD when my ac cord is not plugged into the computer and the wall.
I may be giving irrelevant information, but when I monitor my cpu usage in EVEREST, on ac it is very stable and near the 100% clocking mark, when I remove ac, my cpu clock speed jumps from 100% to 2% for 200% to 4% it is extremely sporadic.
I have tried updating every single driver on my system, including the bios, my worry with this is that I am not finding the most recent drivers.

Download this cleaner and run both the cleaner and the reg.cleaner CCleaner - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com
Then after you fixed the issue's it's going to pick up-
You run a chkdsk by right-click your hardrive>properties>tools>check now>tick both boxes
and finally restart the node.

let me know and we'll take the issue further

let the chkdsk complete.

if it did not come to play,,,Schedule it by run>cmd>chkdsk/f

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Ha, I got a BSOD, this time it was a c4, but I believe that to be a heat issue, and would have been my fault if it is. Also, I do not BSOD (generally) if my laptop is plugged into ac, am I expecting bsod while its plugged in now, or should I remove the AC

Looks like MagicDisc is the cause now. Try removing the program, and see what happens.

Just had a new bccode on my blue screen, hopefully much more helpful. Off the top of my head it pointed to the driver sysaudbus something or another.

Install these JMicron card reader drivers: ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/jmb38x/XP_Vista_Win7/Cardreader/JMB38X_WinDrv_R1.00.50_WHQL.zip

Your Microsoft keyboard drivers are old too; uninstall the software, in Programs and Features, and then go to Device Mangager > Keyboards, and uninstall the drivers for the keyboard. Reboot, and just use the generic drivers Windows automatically installs.

Try testing your RAM: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

What is the make/model of your PSU?
