hi

machine - lenovo laptop ThinkPad E530c.

BSOD occurs when any process tries to use nVidia card, like game or Nvidia software.

I faced it right after I took back laptop from the service, unfortunately it's located in another country, so I can not re-visit it again ...

Anyway the problem persists and needs to be solved.

Below some info that system's generated after the last crash.

Code:
Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
  OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
  Locale ID: 1033
Additional information about the problem:
  BCCode: 116
  BCP1: FFFFFA8009F1A4E0
  BCP2: FFFFF8800F1BA1D0
  BCP3: 0000000000000000
  BCP4: 0000000000000002
  OS Version: 6_1_7601
  Service Pack: 1_0
  Product: 256_1
Minidump is generated also, but all my attempts to install and use tools to retrieve any useful information have failed. It's attached.

After laptop service cleaning windows was re-installed.

I heard that it might by solved by installing specific driver version, but have no idea which exactly
Actual driver version is installed on the machine.

Please suggest/advice, if anybody knows possible solutions

hi axe0

windows is being updated.
Right after that I run some files "Run with graphics processor" - blue screen...

As windows update started working, nVidia software detected that it has found some updates, but when I tried to update nVidia it crushed... Therefore I decided to remove both the driver and software. Just after system reboot windows downloaded it's driver. Result you can observe on the screenshot attached.
Also, list of updated hotfix & drivers states file are attached along with recent minidump.

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, the current uploaded one misses several logs.
You could check if there are
  1. 18 .txt,
  2. 1 .nfo,
  3. 1 or more .dmp,
files present, if this is the case then all logs are present :)
If there are a few missing, no problem as we can get them manually if required :)

The best recommendation we give is the use of drivers from the laptop manufacturer with laptops.
Others don't work really well with laptops.

Nope, recommended drivers didn't help.
It seems service has broken something in hardware.

I've used Kenobi update tool to check do I have recommended drivers installed, and as a result it defected that nVidia driver needs to be updated, so I did. After reboot - blue screen.

Then I decided to use that tool on the 'clean' instillation of windows professional. Result is the same.

What tool is it you're using? I've never heard of that name and Google doesn't show anything useful.
