Audio device disable on every windows start up..!

Hi guys..
hope you all will be fine.. guys today I m seen a new kind of problem in win seven. every time when windows seven starts, the audio device is disable and the speaker Icon is marked with red cross..

and when I single left click on speaker icon, a diagnostics windows appear and detecting problem....

then in couple of minutes, the diagnostics wizard complete and its fix the problem and enable the audio device..

plz hep me guys. why is this happening.? it is very bothering me..
I m using Creative 5.1 SB live. sound card,,
.

my other problem is related with the audio,, I m using 2 audio device, one is Creative 5.1 SB live (wdm) and second is USB sound card, (my builtin sound is burned coz of some broken sparked wired stereo pin)
the problem is with USB audio, when PC starts and when its reach to POST, in dell logo loading bar, the bar is jammed and and endless beep is start to ring.. I cant understand the problem before, then I got a idea and remove the USB audio, then this problem is gone, no beep is ringing nor jammed at POST,,
so tell me about this,, this issue never cams before..

Those audio services will act up if your power options are completely disabled. Happened to me anyway.

Have you tried Creative's website?

Creative Worldwide Support > Sound Blaster

Creative web site is only had "Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium" driver and I have creative 5.1 SB live (WDM) 0200.
where from I get updated driver for this.. I have this,,
